Found an issue?
If you’re experiencing any issues with the latest version of Subway Rush, you may need to clear your cache to resume playing. Instructions for iPhone are below. It's important that you only clear cache for Subway Rush (no other website or data type) to ensure progress or other website history is not lost:
Instructions for iPhone / Safari
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and find Safari (often within the App folder). Tap to open.
- Scroll down and tap Advanced.
- Tap Website Data.
- Wait for data to load (about a minute).
- If subwayrush.com is not visible, tap Show All Sites.
- Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
- IMPORTANT: Scroll down and locate subwayrush.com.
- Tap the red minus sign next to subwayrush.com.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
- NOTE: This action will remove the cache and cookies for subwayrush.com. It should not affect other data on your device, or your Subway Rush game history, but proceed at your own risk. If you're unsure, please contact support.
- After this, Subway Rush should begin as usual!
